After the culmination of a successful 10-year naming sponsorship with Discover Card, Discover Mills is officially being renamed as Sugarloaf Mills. As the largest outlet and value retail shopping destination in Atlanta, shoppers will continue to enjoy the same great mix of more than 180 outlet and value retailers offering incredible deals, as well as family dining and entertainment choices.
“Sugarloaf Mills will continue to deliver our unique brand of shopping, which is a big draw for local residents, as well as Atlanta area visitors who love the thrill of shopping for great value,” said Gregg Goodman, President of The Mills. “We are excited to brand the property with this relevant name already recognized because of Sugarloaf Parkway, which will better reflect the area and make it more identifiable to direct customers to the property.”
Shoppers will have the same access to the already popular roster of stores and family entertainment options, including recently opened Crazy 8 and a more than 20,000 square foot AirSport Indoor Sports Facility, plus a newly expanded 20,000 square foot Forever 21. Other favorite stores are Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, Last Call by Neiman Marcus, Guess Factory Store, Kenneth Cole Company Store, Burlington Coat Factory, Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse, Tommy Hilfiger Company Store, The Disney Store Outlet and The LEGO Store. Old Navy Outlet will open at Sugarloaf Mills during fall 2012.
Starting in October, shoppers will begin to see the new branding elements starting with new exterior signage, website, brochures and other promotional materials.
“Sugarloaf Mills is already a great source of jobs and revenue for Gwinnett County, and we know that it will continue to be an ideal destination for area visitors and local residents,” said Jim Maran, President of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. “We are grateful to have Sugarloaf Mills here and look forward to its continued success as we further brand our community as a great place to live and work.”
