Canoga Park, CA – The $350 million Village at Westfield Topanga being built in Warner Center will open in September, and two adjacent malls will get major renovations, Westfield Corp. announced Monday.

The company said that it has purchased the spaces housing the Sears store at Westfield Topanga and two Macy’s at Westfield Promenade from those companies. Terms of the sales were not disclosed.

Westfield will refashion the former Sears into a “vibrant entertainment district” integrating an upscale theater complex and new restaurants.
