Hillcrest Mall is pleased to announce the launch of the centreʼs newly revamped website,, serving up content geared to the preferred device each visitor uses to access the site – smartphone, tablet or computer. Featuring a refreshed look and improved navigation, Hillcrest Mallʼs website incorporates Responsive Website Design (RWD) technology, which uses fluid layouts that are designed and programmed to “knowʼ if the viewer is on a smartphone, computer or tablet. The design of the site morphs to fit both landscape and portrait formats. The advantage of this state-of-the-art approach is that people have an optimum experience, no matter what device they are using. “Itʼs an extension of our customer service focus,” says Hillcrest Mallʼs Marketing Manager, Toni Holley, “and one of our primary goals is providing an excellent experience for our customers whether they are in the mall, at home or on the go. Using Responsive Design for our new site is just one more way we can achieve this.”

The aim of the new site is to provide visitors with comprehensive information on the centre, its retailers, and to extend customer service beyond the mall. This bright and user-friendly website features a detailed store directory, map of the mall, along with event, contest and employment opportunity listings. To further engage visitors, a section on the website allows visitors to see where fashions and décor used in Hillcrest Mallʼs ad campaigns can be purchased at the centre.
