Paramus, NJ – Passion is the driving force behind Loula Karapiperis, the youthful, pretty owner of CKO Paramus. Preparing to open in September in the location vacated by Standard Tile on Route 17 South, Loula has taken a kiosk, temporarily, at the Paramus Park Mall to pre-sell membership. With a charming personality, she seems to have made a smart merchandising move. While we were there, Paramus First Lady MaryAnn Labarbiera stopped by and proudly stated that she had signed up for membership. The Mayor’s wife stayed around for awhile to pose along with Loula by the kiosk.

Full of spunk, Mrs. LaBarbiera related an incident where she was misnamed and had a poor photo of the back of her head taken and shown. www.ParamusPost.com promised not to call her Cheryl, but would settle for Peppy Lady, Spunky Lady or just Beautiful or Gorgeous. We also promised that our pictures would be flattering. After all, she and the Mayor were featured in the Paramus Sunrise Rotary Club Fashion Show. MaryAnn supports Loula in her efforts to make Paramus a healthy town and is looking forward to the day in September that she can visit CKO Kickboxing Paramus and to workout.
