Foreign language educator Rosetta Stone is expanding its retail presence beyond kiosks in malls and airports to full-fledged retail stores, opening two more, including one in the Washington area.

The Arlington-based company, which calls the new retail locations “experience stores,” has opened locations at the Beverly Center in West Hollywood, Calif., and Tysons Galleria in McLean.

“With the recent thumbs-up from some of Hollywood’s A-list language learners as well as from the many connected business leaders and politicos in the Washington, D.C. metro area who use Rosetta Stone solutions, the company feels that these latest stores are ideally located,” the company said.

It has two other experience store locations, at The Mall of Short Hills in New Jersey and at 2 Times Square in Manhattan.
