PORTSMOUTH — The Flower Kiosk turns 25 years old this Friday, and owner Betsy Scott is planning a big party.

“I owe our success to the community of Portsmouth and the Seacoast for their continued support and business,” Scott said. “Equally important, I owe the success to my wonderful staff. This wouldn’t have been possible without them.”

The party will highlight the love of design shared by the owner and staff at Flower Kiosk. There will be two models in the windows of the shop wearing gowns created from flowers and tropical leaves. The public is invited to the party from 5 to 8 p.m.

“John Bender from the University of New Hampshire Symphony Orchestra will be playing his cello,” Scott said.
