The Florida Mall Owner Launches New Branding Campaign

Orlando, FL – Simon Property Group Inc. announced today it will launch a rebranding campaign that will change the look of several of its Orlando properties, including Central Florida’s largest mall. The rebranding efforts will impact The Florida Mall, as well as Waterford Lakes Town Center and Seminole Towne Center, and are part of the Indianapolis-based mall owner’s (NYSE: SPG) strategy to evolve the mall experience and upgrade customer service and amenities. “Our industry-leading retail properties are visited by 2 billion consumers and generate more than $70 billion in retail sales every year, yet we are confident there is further growth potential in our business,” said David Simon, chairman and CEO of Simon. “We believe a brand that resonates with consumers and builds loyalty among millennials, families and luxury shoppers is an important driver of our future growth.”
