Heather Allen Concepts, Las Vegas Top Planning and Retail Design Company, Launches Expansionby Press Release
Have you ever wondered who designs those gorgeous window displays and retail stores in Las Vegas? Since opening its doors in 2007, many of the retail designs at some of the Strip’s most stylish stores, as well as for luxury retailers nationwide, can be attributed to Heather Allen Concepts, which recently launched an expansion to more than double its space. Located at 5480 S. Valley View Blvd., the award-winning planning and retail design company was founded by retail specialist, Heather Campbell, offering a portfolio of services from concept to build-out, making Heather Allen Concepts a one-stop shop. In 2016, the company will more than double its space from 4,400 square feet to 10,000 square feet, adding a showroom as well as increasing the company’s manufacturing capabilities. “We take a strategic approach to each project, combining art, psychology and science to create masterful retail designs,” says Campbell, who is creative director for her namesake company. “We go beyond a simple design or the purchase of a fixture; we create and manufacture chic, customized designs that ultimately lead to increased sales for our clients.” Working with both local and national accounts such as The Venetian Las Vegas, The Palazzo Las Vegas, Chanel USA, Christian Louboutin, Gucci, The Grand Bazaar Shops and their most recent project, Regis Galerie, Heather Allen Concepts creates custom displays and fixtures that combine an assortment of metal, wood, acrylic, lighting, storage, security and graphic elements. The company’s expansive list of services include: store planning, fixture design, fabrication, logo and branding, large format printing, merchandising and mannequin styling, seasonal window design, temporary window display, special event design, prop and fixture rental, mall common area planning and design, and visual training seminars for leasing teams. While in the beginning stages of forming the company, Campbell found a direct correlation between strong merchandising and an increase in sales through the development of custom core propping. From there, she was approached by clients who were in need of design concepts for stores and fixtures. With a background in retail merchandising, Campbell, along with her sister and business partner, Samantha Lucas, director of operations for Heather Allen Concepts, have risen above their competition with the company’s chic and distinctive designs. In addition to Heather Allen Concepts, Campbell and Lucas have continued to grow their enterprise with the creation of a new concept: ez Carts. Collapsible carts that can be utilized on mall kiosks, the ez Cart is an easy to assemble item making displays transportable for clients. With more than 20 years of experience in retail design, Campbell has worked on various projects including working with luxury retailers such as Oscar de la Renta and Manolo Blahnik. While Campbell brings the design aspect to the team, Lucas is in charge of business management, with past experience in business and finance.
