February 21st, 2012International Shoppes Debuts A’ La Gate Carte at Boston Logan Airport

Boston, MA – US travel retailer International Shoppes has installed a mobile shopping cart at its new Boston Logan Airport concession in order to attract shopper spend.
International Shoppes Vice President Matthew Greenbaum told The Moodie Report the A’ La Gate Carte unit had achieved an “overwhelmingly positive” response from passengers travelling through Terminal B since its introduction in January 2012, when the company’s concession began at the location.
The unit serves as a temporary retail solution while the company’s permanent store is built, and Greenbaum noted it is the third time International Shoppes has deployed an A’ La Gate Carte unit in its system (also see interview below).
