Chocolate factory reopens at PV Mall

A few folks at Paradise Valley Mall are hoping that despite the tough economy, consumers have room in their budgets for chocolate.

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is celebrating its grand reopening this month after closing in the fall. The location is under new ownership and hopes to reintroduce northeast Phoenix residents to its popular product. The kiosk is located side near Kay Jewelers and Auntie Anne’s.

Owner Celeste Davis said she is unsure why the previous store owner decided to close the business, but she is looking forward to attracting former customers and winning new ones.
